All of us at Frameless Hardware Company (FHC) were proud to find the company listed in the September issue of USGlass magazine as one of the best companies to work for in the glass industry.

The magazine asked, “What makes your company one of the best in the industry?”

The answer is that FHC is a private company offering above-market compensation. We have a low employee turnover rate and offer annual cost-of-living increases, merit-based increases, and annual bonuses. These are the things that make FHC a great company to work for, but it is the employees and loyal customers that make it all possible.

We have always said that you can buy buildings, machinery and other companies, but it is the people who make it all work. Good leaders understand that their success is tied to the success of their team, and they prioritize creating a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
